Ocean’s 8 (2018) follows Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock), sister of Danny Ocean, who assembles an all-female crew to steal a $150 million Cartier necklace, the “Toussaint,” from the Met Gala. Supported by her partner Lou (Cate Blanchett), she recruits a specialized team to frame an ex-lover and pull off the heist while turning actress Daphne Kluger (Anne Hathaway) into an unwitting accomplice.
