Join artists, patrons, and guests for the opening reception of Hauntings & Women Artists of the DMV. This free reception (RSVP recommended) marks the launch of twin exhibitions: Hauntings, a moody, evocative show exploring spectral, ghostly, and macabre visual themes; and Women Artists of the DMV, a regional survey spotlighting the creative output of female artists in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. Light refreshments will be offered, and visitors are encouraged to circulate thoughtfully through the galleries to allow all attendees a chance to experience the works. The event offers a rare opportunity to engage with both compelling artistic themes — the ethereal and the social — in a single setting.
