In fact there is, and it is just steps from Grosvenor Park II – super convenient and fast access.
2. Does the building have concierge service?
Yes, Grosvenor Park II offers 24 hour concierge service to residents.
3. Are there EV chargers on site?
Yes, there are two dual head 60 amp chargers stations ( four vehicles can charge at the same time) in the front parking lot.
4. Are the condo units spacious?
In fact, the units are huge compared to what is being constructed today, and our views of the 20 acre park-like campus are phenomenal.
5. Is there on-site management staff?
Yes, there’s an award-winning management staff on duty at all times.
6. Is there on-site maintenance and how do I request services?
Grosvenor Park II has a twelve member staff for maintenance, cleaning, and concierge services and residents can either request services in person at the front desk, or they can make requests through the resident portal.
7. What accessible features are available in the common areas?
Grosvenor Park II has a huge game room, a well equipped and spacious fitness center, renovated laundry center, rooftop party room and rooftop terrace, various party and meeting rooms.
8. How are utilities fees paid for?
All of your necessary utilities like electric, gas, water, sewer, and cable/internet – everything is covered in your single HOA fee. Grosvenor Park II has the lowest fees in all of Grosvenor Park and that’s something we are extremely proud of. If you are renting here – your lease agreement will typically include this cost as part of your rent, since owners pay the HOA fees directly. It’s very easy to live here.

Grosvenor Park II is 100% Smoke Free – except for two designated outdoor smoking decks!
10. Is there storage ?
We have plentiful storage lockers and some private storage rooms available
11. Are there washers and dryers in the individual condo units?
In some units there are individual washers and dryers, but most residents use the main laundry center in the building that is equipped with more than 40 machines. There’s also a low cost wash and fold service available if residents prefer. The laundry center is open 24 hours per day
12. Does the community have swimming pools, tennis courts and pickle ball courts?
Grosvenor Park II has all of these amenities along with various social events surrounding these activities!
